We are looking for a reliable and responsible Field Executive to manage the company's external banking and office-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling banking transactions, cheque deposits, cash deposits, document submissions, and other field assignments while maintaining confidentiality accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Visit banks for cheque deposits, cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
Collect and deliver important documents, cheques, and official correspondence.
Coordinate with bank officials for account-related activities and documentation.
Maintain records of all banking transactions and submit reports to management.
Handle government, vendor, and client-related document submissions when required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.
Follow company policies regarding cash handling and document security.
Support administrative and office operations as needed.
Requirements
Graduate
2–3 years of experience in field operations, banking work, or office support.
Good knowledge of banking procedures and documentation.
Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Ability to travel locally for official work.
