We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Coordinator to manage daily site follow-ups, coordinate with site teams, and ensure smooth communication between office and project locations. The candidate will be responsible for regular site visits and providing daily work updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site visits as per project requirements.

• Do regular follow-ups with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.

• Collect and share daily work progress updates with the office team.

• Monitor site activities and ensure work is running as per schedule.

• Report any delays, issues, or material requirements.

• Coordinate between site team and management for smooth execution.

• Maintain site visit records and basic documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety norms.
  Required Skills

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Basic knowledge of site work / construction activities.

  • Ability to travel locally for site visits.

  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills.

  • Basic mobile reporting (Photos, WhatsApp updates, Excel – if required).
