Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Staff to join our real estate team. The role involves conducting site visits, meeting clients, collecting property data, and assisting the sales team with leads and follow-ups. You will act as the bridge between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property visits and inspections.

• Meet potential clients and explain project details.

• Gather and update property information from builders, agents, and owners.

• Support the sales team with client coordination and follow-ups.

• Assist in site visits, events, and promotional activities.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and prepare daily/weekly field reports.

• Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate or field sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to travel within the city.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
