Job Description: Field Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Field Coordinator to manage our day-to-day external operations, vendor coordination, and office-related field visits. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling across the city to handle various administrative, banking, maintenance, and coordination tasks as required by the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bank & Official Visits: Regularly visit banks for account openings, documentation, deposits, and other financial/official procedures.

• Maintenance & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external technicians, vendors, and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upkeep (e.g., furniture, equipment, utilities).

• Field Errands & Coordination: Manage various day-to-day outside office errands, documentation pickups/drop-offs, and external liaison work.

• Problem Solving: Handle assigned operational tasks promptly and report back to management with status updates.

Requirements:

• Transportation: Must have a valid two-wheeler (preferred) and a willingness to travel extensively in the field.

• Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with external parties, bank officials, and vendors professionally.

• Flexibility: Adaptable to handling diverse operational tasks and errands as per office requirements.

• Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
