Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits and collect outstanding payments from clients. The candidate will travel within the assigned area, communicate with customers, and ensure timely collections while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit customers in the assigned area to collect pending payments.

• Explain payment details and resolve customer queries related to dues.

• Maintain daily visit reports and collection records.

• Update payment status in the company system or report to the supervisor.

• Follow company guidelines while interacting with customers.

• Ensure professional behavior and good customer service during field visits.

• Meet monthly collection targets.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Qualification: SSLC / PUC / Any Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Languages Required: English & Kannada

• Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Salary & Benefits :

• CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month

• Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215

• Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: Attractive incentive structure

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
