The Field Executive – Collections is responsible for visiting customers in assigned areas to collect outstanding payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring timely recovery of dues.
Visit customers at their homes or business locations to collect pending payments
Follow up on overdue accounts as per the collection schedule
Explain outstanding balances, payment terms, and due dates to customers
Update collection status, receipts, and customer feedback accurately
Submit collected amounts and reports to the office on a daily/weekly basis
Coordinate with the collections team and supervisors for escalated cases
Maintain professionalism and follow company policies during field visits
Ensure proper documentation and acknowledgment for all collections
Track and report defaulters or disputes to the management
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Field-based role with daily travel
Flexible working hours as per collection requirements
