Job Role: Collection Executive / Recovery Agent / Field Executive

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Petrol Allowance (₹3/km) + Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and responsible Collection Executives to join our team. The role involves visiting customers to collect EMI payments, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely recoveries. Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their addresses to collect EMI payments.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending dues.

• Maintain accurate daily collection records.

• Submit collected payments and reports on time.

• Handle customers professionally during field visits.

• Achieve daily collection targets while following company policies.
  

Eligibility

• 12th Pass or Above

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in Collection/Recovery can apply.

• Age: 18–30 Years

• Fluent Hindi communication skills.

• Two-wheeler (Bike) and a valid driving license are mandatory.

• Good communication skills

• Basic customer handling skills

• Willingness to work in the field

• Responsible and punctual

• Ability to meet daily targets
