Role: Executive – Field Collection
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive – Field Collection who can handle customer calls and conduct field visits to follow up on pending loan payments and recover overdue amounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
- Conduct field visits to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update collection status.
- Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in field recovery/collections.
- DRA certification is mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with both calling and field visits.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹26,000 in-hand per month + Performance-based incentives.
Languages : English + Kannada + Tamil, Telugu or Hindi ( Any One)
