Location: Siliguri / Jalpaiguri / Malbazar & nearby areas

Experience: 0.6 –2 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities

Visit customers for collections and recovery of dues
Follow up on pending payments as per assigned route/area
Maintain daily collection reports and recovery MIS
Coordinate with internal team for overdue accounts
Ensure professional and polite customer interaction

Requirements

Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Field-work readiness and local area knowledge
Two-wheeler mandatory (license preferred)
Good communication skills

Preferred

Experience in collections, recovery, finance, NBFC, microfinance, EV or battery recovery
