Job Summary We are looking for experienced Field Cash Collection Executives to handle cash collection activities from customers/clients across assigned locations in Chennai. The candidate should be comfortable with field work and have good communication and collection skills. Key Responsibilities • Visit customers/clients as per the assigned collection schedule. • Collect cash/payments from customers and ensure timely submission. • Maintain accurate records of daily collections and transactions. • Follow up with customers regarding pending payments. • Ensure proper handling and accountability of collected cash. • Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager. • Coordinate with the operations/accounts team regarding collection status. • Maintain professional relationships with customers. • Travel within the assigned area for collection activities.
