Integro Finserv Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and resilient Field Recovery Executive to join our collections team. You will be the face of the company on the ground, responsible for managing delinquent accounts and ensuring timely loan repayments while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Field Visits: Perform door-to-door visits for customers in 30+ to 90+ DPD (Days Past Due) buckets.

​Debt Recovery: Negotiate and collect overdue payments via Cash, UPI, or Cheque as per company policy.

​Skip Tracing: Use local intelligence and field investigation to track down unreachable or "shifted" customers.

​Compliance: Conduct all recovery activities strictly following the RBI Fair Practices Code (Zero tolerance for harassment).

​Documentation: Handle KYC collection, settlement paperwork, and foreclosure formalities.

​Target Management: Meet and exceed monthly recovery targets assigned by the Recovery Manager.

​Reporting: Log all field activities and customer commitments in the NBFC Recovery App daily.

​Required Skills & Qualifications:
​Experience: Minimum 6 months in field collections (Personal or Vehicle loans).

​Communication: Fluent in local language; strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

​Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphone apps for data entry and tracking.

​Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field travel.

​Integrity: High level of honesty in handling cash and customer information.
