We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at IMPACTIBILITY POWER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and prospects of growth.

Field Executive (FE) Responsibilities:

• Visit customers' residences to serve notices regarding outstanding IGL Gas dues.

• Follow up with customers for pending bill payments.

• Assist customers in making payments through digital modes such as UPI, Paytm, or Google Pay.

• Cash collection is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

• Maintain proper records of customer visits and payment status.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
