Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage on-ground collection activities and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers. The candidate should possess good communication skills, negotiation abilities, and knowledge of collection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for collection of overdue payments.

• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.

• Update collection status and customer feedback in the system/app.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of collection and recovery processes.

• Ability to work in field operations and travel locally.

• Familiarity with mobile apps and digital payment systems.
