Job Summary:
Responsible for visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, maintaining records, and achieving collection targets while following company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for payment collection.
Follow up on overdue accounts and pending dues.
Negotiate repayment schedules as per company guidelines.
Update collection status and customer feedback in the system.
Maintain collection records and submit daily reports.
Resolve customer queries related to payments.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
