Role Summary

We are looking for Field Collection Executives / Officers to undertake field-based collection and customer interaction activities across different zones of Bengaluru.

The role involves visiting customers at their designated locations, following up for pending payments/collections, maintaining accurate records of field activities and ensuring timely completion of assigned collection targets.

Candidates should be comfortable with extensive field travel and should possess their own two-wheeler, valid driving licence, vehicle insurance and Android smartphone.

Freshers as well as candidates with prior field collection, field sales, recovery or customer-facing experience can apply.

Job Locations

Candidates will be posted across different zones of Bengaluru, including:

• Bengaluru East

• Bengaluru West

• Bengaluru North

• Bengaluru South

• Bengaluru Central

Candidates may be assigned a specific zone based on business requirements and their residential location.

Key Responsibilities

Field Collection

• Visit customers at assigned locations for collection and payment follow-up.

• Carry out field visits as per the assigned daily route and schedule.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding amounts.

• Ensure timely collection as per assigned targets and company processes.

• Maintain professional communication with customers during collection activities.

• Handle customer queries related to payments and collection requirements.

Customer Interaction & Follow-Up

• Establish professional communication with customers during field visits.

• Explain payment requirements and follow up on committed payment dates.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers wherever required.

• Escalate customer concerns or difficult cases to the reporting manager.

• Maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection objectives.

Daily Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of daily field visits and collection activities.

• Update collection status and customer information through the designated system/application.

• Submit daily activity and collection reports as required.

• Ensure all assigned cases are followed up and updated within the stipulated timelines.

• Maintain proper documentation of field activities and payment follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

• Candidates with experience in field collection, recovery, field sales, delivery, customer service or other field-based roles may be considered.

• Good communication skills in Kannada and English.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned Bengaluru zone.

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Responsible, disciplined and punctual approach to field work.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must have:

• Personal two-wheeler

• Valid Driving Licence

• Valid vehicle insurance

• Android smartphone

• Willingness to undertake regular field travel.

• Good working knowledge of Kannada and English.

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers

• Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 per month

• Petrol Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

• Performance-Based Incentives

• Total fixed monthly earning opportunity of ₹18,000 + performance incentives

For Experienced Candidates

• 10–15% increase over current CTC, subject to experience, existing compensation and successful selection.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be energetic, disciplined and comfortable with a field-based job.

Candidates who are familiar with Bengaluru and its different areas/zones will have an advantage. The candidate should be comfortable travelling throughout the assigned territory on a daily basis and should have the ability to manage customer interactions and collection responsibilities independently.

Important Joining Timeline

The recruitment will be carried out on a zone-wise basis across Bengaluru – East, West, North, South and Central.

Candidates selected for the position will be required to complete the joining and onboarding process as per the project requirements and assigned timelines.
