Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Operations & Accounts Field Executive to manage the "last mile" of our billing and expense cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring that invoices reach our clients on time, payments are collected promptly, and our drivers have the necessary funds for their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bill Distribution: Physically deliver invoices and transport documents to customers and clients across the local area.

• Payment Collection: Follow up with customers to collect payments (cheques or cash) and ensure they are safely deposited or handed over to the office.

• Driver Expense Management: Calculate and distribute daily "kharchi" (trip expenses), fuel advances, and toll money to drivers.

• Record Keeping: Maintain a daily log of all bills delivered, payments received, and cash distributed to drivers to ensure 100% transparency.

• Customer Coordination: Act as a professional point of contact for clients regarding billing queries or payment status.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher secondary). A basic understanding of accounts or commerce is a plus.

• Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Communication: Fluent in the local language; ability to communicate professionally with both corporate clients and truck drivers.

• Technical Skills: Ability to use WhatsApp and basic mobile apps for reporting; basic math skills for managing cash and expenses.

• Trustworthiness: High level of integrity is mandatory as the role involves handling cash and sensitive financial documents.

• Geographical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local roads, industrial areas, and transport hubs.
