Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Field Executive to visit clients, collect documents, verify information, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should be comfortable traveling within the assigned area and achieving daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers and business locations as per assigned tasks.

Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

Collect and verify customer documents.

Conduct field verification and submit accurate reports.

Follow up with customers regarding loans, insurance, or company services.

Coordinate with the office team for smooth processing of applications.

Maintain daily visit records and activity reports.

Resolve customer queries professionally.

Ensure achievement of assigned targets and deadlines.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in the field.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.

Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Knowledge of local areas will be an advantage.
