Job Responsibilities:

Visit customer premises for pre-loan disbursement verification.
Conduct KYC verification and address/home verification.
Collect necessary documents from customers as per company policy.
Ensure timely submission of verification reports to the internal team.
Coordinate with the backend team for verification status updates.
Occasionally visit customer locations for recovery and collection of overdue payments.
Maintain professionalism and customer confidentiality during field visits.
Report daily field activities and maintain accurate records of visits and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

0–1 year of experience in fieldwork, verification, or collections preferred
Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license (Mandatory).
Familiarity with the location
Should be punctual, responsible,and target-driven
