Job Title: Collection Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Collection Executive responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining professional communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via calls, emails, and messages to follow up on pending payments.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies.
