Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Sales & Operations)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bhopal. This role is ideal for candidates with prior field sales experience who are eager to build a career in the EV and mobility sector.

The role is primarily focused on field sales (70–80%), while the remaining 20–30% involves operational responsibilities. Candidates will receive complete training for the operational aspects of the role, so strong technical knowledge is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities (70–80%)

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits.

• Identify and approach potential commercial drivers and fleet partners.

• Promote the company's EV and battery-swapping solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Ensure successful onboarding of new customers/drivers as per business requirements.

Operations Responsibilities (20–30%)

• Support daily field operations after completing internal training.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of field activities.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in:

  • FinTech

  • NBFC

  • Banking

  • Insurance

  • Telecom

  • FMCG

  • Mobility or EV industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Preferred Skills

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone applications.

• Willingness to learn technical and operational processes through company-provided training.
