Job Title: Collection Boy – Pharma Distributor

Job Location: Vikhroli

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (Pharma distribution preferred)

Industry: Pharmaceutical Distribution

Job Responsibility

1) Collect outstanding payments from B2B clients such as medical stores, chemists.

2) Follow up on pending invoices and ensure timely collection as per agreed credit terms.

3) Maintain accurate daily collection records (cash, cheque, UPI, bank transfer).

4) Issue official receipts and ensure proper acknowledgment from customers.

5) Coordinate with sales and accounts teams regarding payment status and dues.

6) Deposit collected cash/cheques with the accounts department on the same day.

7) Handle customer queries related to bills, outstanding balances, and payment schedules.

8) Report delays, disputes, or payment risks to management promptly.

9) Build and maintain professional relationships with B2B customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1) Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

2) Experience in pharma distribution or B2B collection preferred.

3) Honest, punctual, and responsible in handling company funds.

Working Hours: : 09:30am to 06:30pm

As per company policy (field-based role).

Salary : 18K to 20K.
