Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting outstanding payments on time. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of smartphones and GPS, and be comfortable with daily field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for payment collection and follow-up.

• Collect outstanding payments as per company targets.

• Maintain daily collection and customer visit records.

• Contact customers through phone calls and field visits.

• Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries.

• Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.

• Follow company policies and collection procedures.

• Coordinate with the Accounts and Collection teams.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Requirements

• Bike/Two-Wheeler is mandatory.

• Valid Driving Licence required.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with extensive field work.

• Basic smartphone, Google Maps, and WhatsApp knowledge.

• Ability to handle customers professionally.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Previous experience in collection, recovery, field sales, or delivery will be an advantage.
