Job Title: Field Sales Executive / Field Boy

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, promoting our products/services, and closing sales in the assigned area. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and businesses in the assigned area

• Generate new leads and explain product/services to potential clients

• Conduct product demonstrations when required

• Maintain good relationships with customers

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

• Update sales reports and customer details in CRM or reporting system

Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in field sales

• Good convincing and communication skills

• Basic English understanding

• Must have a bike and smartphone

• Knowledge of local area is preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives

• PF and Insurance benefits

Working Details:

• Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days per week
