Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test internet connections, routers, modems, and Wi-Fi devices.

• Diagnose and repair internet connectivity issues, including hardware, software, and cabling.

• Perform routine maintenance on networking equipment and infrastructure.

• Assist customers with internet setup, troubleshooting, and technical support.

• Ensure proper documentation of installations, service calls, and repairs.

• Monitor network performance and escalate major issues to senior engineers when needed.

• Provide guidance on internet security, device compatibility, and best usage practices.
