Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales: Prospecting, identifying new opportunities, and closing sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Client Management: Visiting client sites to maintain relationships, introduce new products, and handle customer queries.
Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity, product pricing, and market trends.
Reporting: Submitting daily/weekly sales reports and tracking performance in CRM systems.
Skills and Requirements
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively present, negotiate, and build rapport with clients.
Field Experience: Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in industries like FMCG, pharma, or tech.
Physical Mobility: Ability to travel regularly within a designated territory.
Mobility: Many positions require a two-wheeler and a valid license.
