Hiring: Event Planning Executive
Experience: 4+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Preferred Candidate: Female
We are looking for an experienced Event Planning Executive to manage event operations, vendor coordination, partnerships, and B2B negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage outreach pipelines for event partnerships.
Build relationships with corporates, NGOs, Rotary/Lions Clubs, institutions, and community groups.
Identify and finalize venues, vendors, sponsors, and service partners.
Lead B2B negotiations and close commercial deals.
Manage contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Ideal Candidate:
4+ years of experience in event planning, vendor management, or partnerships.
Strong B2B negotiation and deal-closing skills (mandatory).
Experience in sponsorship acquisition and venue sourcing.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
Highly organized and result-oriented.
Fluency in Marathi is Must
