About the Role:

We are hiring a Female Educational Counsellor to join our team, responsible for guiding and advising students and parents about our training courses. The ideal candidate Should be a current or former female teacher, school admin, or headmistress with experience in student handling and counselling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling to students and parents via phone calls or face-to-face interactions regarding course offerings.

• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.

• Use basic computer skills for reporting and communication.

•  Provide detailed information about course offerings, career prospects, and financial options.

• Guide students in taking ownership of their academic journey, fostering a sense of accountability, and supporting them in identifying the best opportunities for academic success.

• Responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process at the centre , ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.

Requirements-

• Female candidate preferably from public schools (teacher/admin/headmistress).

• Able to maintain confidentiality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presentable appearance and a positive, approachable personality.

Qualifications –

• Education level : Graduated from any recognized University

• Experience : More than 1+ years’ experience.
