DSA Loan Sales

The DSA Loan Sales is responsible for driving loan business growth while ensuring seamless, end-to-end processing of loan applications. This dual-responsibility role involves identifying potential clients, advising them on financial products (Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, etc.), collecting required documentation, and coordinating with partner banks to ensure timely login, approval, and disbursement.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹35000 and prospects of growth

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development (40%)

Identify and generate leads for various loan products through cold calling, networking, and references.

Pitch appropriate loan products to customers based on their financial profiles and requirements.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales/disbursement targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

2. Loan Operations & Processing (40%)

Conduct initial screening and financial due diligence of the applicant (checking income documents, KYC, and initial credit worthiness).

Collect, verify, and compile complete set of documents required by specific partner banks.

File Login: Ensure error-free data entry and submit loan files into the partner bank/NBFC portals.

Track the status of submitted files through various stages: Credit Appraisal, Legal Verification, Technical Valuation, and Sanction.

Coordinate closely with bank credit officers to resolve any queries, discrepancies, or additional document requirements (re-queries).

3. Disbursement & Relationship Management (20%)

Facilitate the signing of loan agreements and collection of pre-disbursement documents.

Coordinate the final loan disbursement process between the bank and the client.

Maintain excellent relationships with bank managers, credit teams, and DSA channel partners to ensure priority processing of files.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience in Financial sector i.e loan and similar products with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
