💼Key Responsibilities

🏦Sales & Business Development

• Generate Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

• Acquire new customers through field sales and referrals.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Ensure timely loan processing and successful disbursement.

🤝Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and loan process.

• Support customers throughout the loan application journey.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.

📈Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly business targets.

• Maintain healthy lead conversion and disbursement ratios.

• Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio management.

📍 Locations: Chennai | Chengalpet | Thanjavur | Kovilpatti | Mayiladuthurai | Coimbatore | Namakkal | Karur | Sivaganga

Eligibility

✔ Minimum 1 Year HL/LAP Experience

✔ CIBIL 650+ Mandatory

✔ Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving License

✔ Relevant HL/LAP experience only

❌ General Sales profiles not considered

💰 CTC: Up to ₹4.0 LPA
