Debt Collection Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Debt Collection Supervisor to lead and manage a team of collection executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving recovery targets, monitoring compliance, and ensuring efficient collection operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of Telecallers and Collection Executives.

• Monitor daily recovery performance and ensure team targets are achieved.

• Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

• Assist team members in handling escalations and difficult cases.

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and ethical collection practices.

• Monitor call quality, productivity, and process adherence.

• Coordinate with management regarding team performance and recoveries.

• Motivate team members to achieve collection targets.

• Identify training requirements and support employee development.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in Debt Collection, Recovery, Banking, or Financial Services.

• DRA Certification is mandatory for all positions.

• Strong knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
