Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-friendly, and target-oriented Salesman to manage sales activities at a canteen. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling watches, leather bags, wallets, and belts, maintaining product displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.

• Promote and sell watches, leather laptop bags, ladies' handbags, wallets, and belts.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper product presentation.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily sales records, stock records, and product movement reports.

• Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.

• Build good relationships with canteen customers and staff.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive shopping experience.

• Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and reporting procedures.

• Submit daily sales and stock reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.

• Previous experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or canteen sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales reporting.

• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and willing to work towards targets.

• Experience in watches, accessories, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.
