Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our team at MacV. The ideal candidate should excel at engaging customers, nurturing leads, and maximizing sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a kiosk-format retail store. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers a Gross Salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 with additional incentives up to 10,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Engage with walk-in customers and convert them into buyers

• Upsell and cross-sell to increase UPT and ATV

• Support store operations including billing and stock replenishment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Target-oriented and team player.
