We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Truevalue Marketing Services Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular client visits and ensure 100% client coverage through visits/calls.
Maintain strong client relationships and identify inactive/non-ordering clients.
Coordinate with CFA, Logistics and ROH to ensure timely order and delivery.
Support delivery of materials and machines at client sites, including restricted-entry locations.
Coordinate and ensure timely delivery and setup of Demo machines and materials.
Be present during demos and ensure smooth execution at client locations.
Handle invoice submission, POD acknowledgement and outstanding follow-ups.
Update clients visit details and feedback accurately on the GNB App.
Required Skills
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Good product knowledge and field operations experience.
Client interaction and site management skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and handle ground-level operations.
