Job Description:

We are seeking a Revenue Executive (Night Shift) with strong analytical and technical knowledge to manage the hotel’s revenue operations. The candidate will handle daily pricing, room inventory, and performance analysis to help maximize hotel revenue and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage room rates, availability, and inventory across OTA and direct channels.

• Analyze daily revenue reports and recommend pricing strategies.

• Maintain and update OTA portals (Booking.com, Expedia, GoMMT, etc.) ensuring rate parity.

• Coordinate with the front office and sales teams for accurate forecasting and reporting.

• Prepare nightly revenue and occupancy reports.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in PMS or OTA systems.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation is compulsory.

• Experience: 1–3 years in hotel revenue management, reservations, or related operations preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of PMS, CRS, and OTA systems.

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude.

• Shift: Night Shift Only
