Position: Credit Card Sales Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Delhi NCR / Rajasthan / Lucknow
Experience Required: 6 Months – 3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-hand + PF + ESI + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting credit card products, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for credit card sales.

• Conduct field visits, canopy activities, corporate tie-ups, and market promotions.

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to prospective customers.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company guidelines.

• Ensure completion of the sales process and timely submission of applications.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks.

• Follow compliance and banking regulations during customer acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Credit Card Sales, Banking Sales, Loan Sales, CASA Sales, Insurance Sales, or any Field Sales role.

• Candidates with direct credit card sales experience will be preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Must be comfortable with field sales activities.
