Credit Card Sales

SBI Credit Card Sales Executives (often on third-party payroll) promote and sell credit cards through field, bank branch, and open market channels to meet monthly targets. Responsibilities include lead generation, KYC collection, and explaining product benefits. This full-time role typically offers a fixed salary (₹15,000–₹25,000) plus high performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers at malls, petrol bunks, and bank branches to sell SBI Credit Cards.

• Sales Execution: Promote and sell credit cards, ensuring, "no", "no", and "no" to unethical practices.

• Documentation & KYC: Collect required documents and complete the application process.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with branch managers and staff.

Requirements

• Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, diploma, or any graduation degree.

• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates, preferably with 1+ years in banking/sales.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Age: Generally 18–33 years.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Base salary typically ranges between ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

• Incentives: High, performance-based incentives up to ₹50,000.

• Benefits: ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund).

• Shift: Standard 9-hour work day.
