Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Promote and sell prepaid card products to individuals, corporates, or specific segments.
On-the-ground Sales: Identify potential clients through open markets, retail showrooms, or bank branch walk-ins.
Product Explanation: Educate customers on card features, loading limits, and usage (e.g., at ATMs or Point of Sale terminals).
Document Processing: Ensure accurate KYC collection and timely submission of application forms.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Diploma; Graduates preferred.
Experience: Both freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of field sales or banking experience can apply.
Skills Required: Strong local area knowledge, lead generation, customer handling, and good communication skills.
Age: Generally between 19 to 35 years. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Typically ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month depending on location and experience.
