The role focuses on generating and closing waterproofing and flooring contracts from builders, developers, facility managers, architects, PMCs, and industrial/commercial clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Sales & Lead GenerationIdentify and develop waterproofing and flooring contract opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projectsVisit construction sites, corporate offices, factories, warehouses, malls, hospitals, and societiesGenerate enquiries for terrace, basement, podium, toilet, water tank, expansion joint, epoxy & PU flooring worksClient Coordination & ClosingCoordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMCs, and site engineersUnderstand site requirements and propose suitable waterproofing / flooring systemsPrepare BOQs, estimates, and techno-commercial proposalsNegotiate terms and close contractsExecution CoordinationCoordinate with application, procurement, and technical teams for smooth executionEnsure site readiness, material planning, and work commencementSupport billing, measurement, and payment follow-upsMarket & ReportingTrack competitor contractors and applicators in Delhi NCRIdentify upcoming projects and redevelopment worksSubmit daily site visit reports, enquiry status, and monthly sales targetsScope of Work / Services SoldWaterproofing WorksTerrace & roof waterproofingBasement & retaining wall waterproofingToilet, sunken, and wet area treatmentWater tank & STP waterproofingExpansion joint treatmentTPO / APP / PU / Acrylic / Cementitious systemsFlooring WorksEpoxy flooringPU flooringIndustrial & commercial flooring systemsRepair & resurfacing works
