Collection Manager

Role: Collection (Executive / Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle collection of dues from customers as per company policies

• Follow up with customers through calls and field visits

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely payments

• Update daily collection reports and MIS

• Resolve customer queries related to payments

• Coordinate with branch team for smooth collection operations

• Ensure adherence to compliance and company guidelines

Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level):

• Manage and guide the collection team

• Monitor team performance and achieve collection targets

• Plan strategies to improve recovery rates

• Handle escalations and critical accounts

Requirements:

• Experience in collection / recovery / field sales preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting

• Willingness to travel (for field roles)
