Collection Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Handle business loan collections with focus on DPD 90+ and 180+ cases 

· Manage NPA and write-off accounts 

· Conduct field visits for recovery and borrower follow-ups

· Develop and implement collection and recovery strategies 

· Manage high-value ticket size accounts (₹7–10 lakhs+) 

· Negotiate repayment terms and secure commitments

· Maintain daily MIS reports and system updates 

· Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies 

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and reporting managers

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Loan Collections 

· Proven experience in hard collections (DPD 90+/180+) 

· Experience handling ₹7–10 lakh+ ticket size accounts 

· Local candidate (mandatory) 

· Language proficiency: English, Hindi, Regional Language 

· Valid driving license & own vehicle
