Collection Executive

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and field-oriented User Charge Collection Executive to manage the collection of user charges from households and commercial properties for waste collection services. The role involves daily field visits, customer interaction, and ensuring timely payment collection while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect user charges from households and properties for waste collection services

• Visit assigned areas/properties on a daily basis as per route plan

• Ensure timely collection and secure deposit of collected payments

• Record remarks for non-paying or delayed-payment users accurately

• Maintain basic collection records and reports as required

• Convince and educate property holders politely and professionally about user charges

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures

• Represent the company in a well-groomed, disciplined, and professional manner

• It is a Full Time ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
