We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented candidates to join our team as Collection Executives – Soft Recovery for a leading private bank project. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and encouraging timely repayment through professional follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to remind them about pending dues and overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers through calls and field visits, as per project requirements.

• Build positive customer relationships and encourage timely repayments.

• Explain repayment options and resolve basic payment-related queries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection updates.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Submit regular performance reports to the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience: Fresher to 1 year; banking or collection experience is an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work towards targets.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license may be required for field-based assignments.
