Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Collection Officer to handle customer collection and recovery activities in the assigned area. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable with field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for EMI collection.

• Follow up with customers for pending payments.

• Ensure timely collection and recovery.

• Maintain good customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries related to payments.

• Maintain collection records and reports.

• Achieve monthly collection targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream.

• 0–3 years of experience.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel for field visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field work.
