Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Collection Officer responsible for visiting customers, following up on pending payments, and collecting dues in the assigned area while maintaining professional and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

●                 Visit assigned customers to collect overdue payments.

●                 Explain outstanding amounts and payment options clearly.

●                 Maintain daily collection records and reports.

●                 Deposit collected cash/cheques as per company policy.

●                 Coordinate with the backend/CRM team for updates.

●                 Follow company guidelines and the recovery process strictly.

●                 Maintain good customer relationships and professionalism.

●                 Meet daily/weekly and monthly collection targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●                 Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

●                 Good communication skills (local language required)

●                 Basic smartphone knowledge (apps, calls, WhatsApp)

●                 Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

●                 Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented

●                 Immediate joiners preferred

●                 Have good knowledge of MFI Loan
