🎯 Role & Responsibilities

• Daily loan collection from microfinance customers

• Maintain accurate records

• Build customer relationships & ensure timely repayments

• Field visits for recovery & issue resolution

• Coordinate with branch/credit teams for targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies

📖 Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience: 0–3 years (collections/microfinance/field sales)

• Skills: Communication, negotiation, local travel readiness, mobile app handling, target-oriented
