As a Cluster Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.
· Work with management team to establish and execute goals for the city.
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
· Onboard e-rickshaw drivers on Lease to own & rental model for Batterypool.
· Actively address any concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers
· Work with the operations and product teams to relay customer feedback from ground deployments
· Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and creating effective sales plans.
· Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
· Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for upper management, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
· Manage vendorChannel Partner relationships and Channel Partner onboarding.
