We are looking for a Cluster Manager to join our team at Bhopal . The role requires candidates with strong team management, field operations, distributor coordination, and inventory management skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Champs, monitoring vending machine operations, ensuring product availability, coordinating timely stock replenishment, and driving operational performance across the assigned cluster. The position offers a monthly salary of ₹25,000 + Travel Allowance (TA) + Performance Bonus, with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide a team of Champs across the assigned cluster.

• Monitor vending machine refills, uptime, and product availability.

• Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Track daily operations, collections, inventory, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).

• Resolve on-ground operational issues and ensure smooth machine functioning.

• Monitor cluster performance and achieve operational targets.

• Review dashboards, track key performance metrics, and submit regular reports to management.

• Travel across assigned locations to supervise field operations and team performance.
