Cluster Manager – Operations

Job Summary

The Cluster Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple stores within an assigned cluster. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, achievement of sales targets, cost control, team development, and delivery of an exceptional customer experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all hubs within the assigned cluster.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines.

• Monitor hub performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular hub visits and operational audits.

2. Sales & Business Performance

• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of cluster revenue targets.

• Analyze completion of jobs, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.

• Implement local marketing and promotional initiatives to boost hub performance.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Manage and mentor hubs and their teams.

• Support hiring, training, and development of hub staff.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.

• Ensure high levels of team engagement and retention.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across all stores.

• Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations promptly.

• Implement service improvements based on insights and feedback.

5. Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and wastage control.

• Ensure adherence to cost management and budget guidelines.

• Work with supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability.

6. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure hubs follow hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Conduct regular compliance checks and quality audits.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Languages mandatory - Telugu,Hindi and English
