Job Title: Cluster Manager / Area Sales Manager – Retail

Location: Chitra Durga (MG Road, Gandhi Circle, KB Extension, Challakere Road & nearby areas)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Description:

GO Desi is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage 5–6 kiosks across Chitra Durga. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, supervising store staff, ensuring smooth inventory management, and achieving overall business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets across assigned kiosks.

- Increase customer footfall, sales conversion, and average billing value.

- Monitor daily sales, stock, and cash reconciliation, and resolve any variances.

- Coordinate hiring, training, attendance, and performance management of kiosk staff.

- Plan inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

- Ensure kiosk hygiene, branding, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance.

- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales, footfall, wastage, inventory, and staff attendance.

-Identify underperforming kiosks and implement improvement plans.

Eligibility:

- 3–6 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, QSR, or Multi-Store Operations.

- Experience managing multiple stores, outlets, or kiosks.

- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, inventory management, and team handling.

- Basic knowledge of P&L, Excel, and POS systems.

- Willing to travel across Chitra Durga for daily store visits.

- Kannada language proficiency is preferred.
