Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated client relationship manager to join our Life Insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role includes promoting life insurance products, building strong customer relationships, and supporting channel partners to increase business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and meet customers to explain life insurance plans
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
Work closely with channel partners/agents to drive business
Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (insurance/banking preferred)
Graduation in any field
Good communication & customer-handling skills
Fresher not eligible
